Add your details and complete your intake. Include clear front and back photos of your current hair.
Secure your seat.
Pay the required non-refundable deposit through Acuity. Your remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Deposits & payment +
The posted policy graphic lists a $50 non-refundable booking deposit. The required amount for your selected service appears at checkout; confirm it before paying. Payments are handled through the booking site, with the balance due at your appointment.
Arrival & cancellations +
Please arrive on time. The intake states a 5-minute grace period; the policy graphic references 10 minutes and cancellation after 15 minutes. Confirm the applicable late-arrival terms with Chey before booking. The graphic also states that late cancellations require a new deposit and same-day cancellations cost 50% of the service total.
Hair preparation & photos +

Heavenly VIP appointments offer priority booking for same-day, after-hours, or emergency care, with an unrushed experience and complimentary refreshments. You must text Chey before booking to confirm availability. Listed price: $200 · 3 hours.
